Wireless upgrade options from Netgear

For users looking to upgrade an existing wireless network, two new high performance Netgear offerings are now available from Duxbury Networking.
The Netgear WAC720 ProSAFE wireless access point (AP) is a high performance dual band 802.11ac AP targeted at small to medium enterprise users who require high throughput and extensive coverage. Supporting up to an aggregate throughput of 1.2 Gbps (300 Mbps for 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps for 5 GHz), it operates in either standalone mode with an intuitive user interface or in a centralised group management mode which applies to up to 10 APs of the same model.
The Netgear WC 7500 controller is a fully-featured, centralised wireless management solution with a base support of ten 802.11n and 802.11ac APs with license to upgrade to 15 APs. Designed for ease of configuration and intuitive management, it is designed to provide wireless management for small to medium sized businesses.
The Netgear WAC720 ProSAFE (R4 249.00 ex VAT) and the WC7500 (R14 999-00 ex VAT) are available from Duxbury Networking’s accredited resellers and dealers throughout South Africa.
